Primeco Navigation Limited, originally established as Hongtong Shipping Co. Ltd. in 2019, emerged from a joint venture between Chinasun Marine Services Group Limited and Taizhou Wuzhou Shipbuilding Industry Co. Ltd. The company rebranded to Primeco, in July 2024,  to reflect its commitment towards providing premier and eco-friendly services to its stakeholders.

Primeco is a comprehensive service platform of maritime ship operation and management. The main business covers four aspects of commercial management, ship operation and management, ship technical management and asset management, focusing on the operation and management of oil and chemical tankers, liquefied natural gas carriers, bulk carriers and other types of vessels at home and abroad. We fully link and integrate various shipping resources to be the professional maritime service solution provider.
